Motivation In Business was formed as a training organization at the turn of the millennium and has continued to develop ever since.
Where once we were brought in almost as a 'last resort' - to work with teams and groups who were 'resistant' to change and traditional training methods - now we are more often thought of as a first choice when it comes to 'leading edge' experiential events.
With a staff of trainers drawn from very diverse backgrounds, Motivation In Business (Or MIB as it is more known........or more fondly as Men In Black by our regular and repeat clints, due to our eclectic approach, appearence and demeanour ) continues to be very popular with forward thinking, progressive HR departments in both the UK and Europe.
